The Sequence IIIE test using a V-6 engine demonstrates that QMI Engine Treatment not only reduces wear on camshaft lobes and valve lifters by 88%, but that QMI is safe in engines. A complete report of this test is available upon request.

Filters-

A filtering test was performed by the same test facility on QMI engine treatment. The test utilized a 0.8 micron filter membrane, while typical automotive oil filters utilize 10 to 40 micron filter membranes. The report states "There were no problems in filtering this material." This test also demonstrates that QMI will not block oil passages and oil pump screen openings.
